Quabble Community Guidelines

  1. Our Mission

    1. Quabble provides a safe, inclusive space for members to express their authentic selves, sharing feelings of loneliness, low self-confidence, anxiety, and other mental wellness challenges. We believe a supportive community can make a meaningful difference, allowing members to feel understood and encouraged.

    2. Our mission is to foster an environment where everyone feels valued and heard, creating a culture of empathy, support, and positivity.

  1. Core Values

    1. Empathy
Understand and share the feelings of others.

Example: Before responding, consider the experiences shared by others. Rather than saying, “That’s not a big deal,” try: “I can imagine that must feel challenging for you.”

    2. Respect
Treat all members with dignity and kindness, regardless of differences in perspective or experience.

Example: Avoid interrupting someone’s story with your own opinions or judgments. Instead, listen and respond with understanding.

    3. Authenticity
Be genuine in your expressions and interactions.

Example: Share your true thoughts and experiences instead of posting what you think others want to hear. For instance, “I’m feeling a bit lost right now” can be more impactful than trying to stay positive if that doesn’t reflect how you feel.

    4. Encouragement
Offer support and positivity to fellow members.

Example: Instead of simply “liking” a post, leave a comment of encouragement, such as, “You’ve got this! One step at a time.”

    5. Privacy
Respect the confidentiality of shared experiences.

Example: If someone shares a personal story, keep it within the Quabble community and don’t share it elsewhere without permission.

  1. What to Share

    1. Personal Experiences and Feelings
Share your genuine feelings, experiences, and challenges related to loneliness, self-confidence, anxiety, etc.

    2. Supportive Responses

    3. Questions for Support
Ask for advice or support in a respectful and considerate manner.

    4. Resources
Share helpful resources (e.g., articles, videos) that align with our mission, after verifying their credibility.

  1. Moderation and Reporting

    1. AI Moderation & Enforcement

All posts are encrypted and not visible to Quabble staff. Instead, Quabble’s AI automatically moderates content based on our community guidelines. Posts that violate these guidelines may be removed. In some cases, users may be warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently removed from the community, depending on the severity or recurrence of the behavior.

Crisis-related content may also be removed, and users may be directed to appropriate crisis resources. Quabble is not equipped for emergency support and cannot replace professional help.

We also encourage sincere, original messages. If the same content is repeatedly copied and pasted or sent multiple times, it may not be delivered to other users. This helps protect the authenticity and emotional safety of the community.

    2. Age Restriction and Minor Safety

We put safety first—especially when it comes to protecting minors.

To ensure a safe experience, Bamboo Forest is only available to users aged 16 and older. Even with robust AI moderation and a clear community policy, we take extra precautions to protect younger users from sensitive or potentially overwhelming content.

    3. Reporting

If you see a post that violates the guidelines, please report it using the in-app tools. Your support helps us maintain a safe and supportive space for everyone.

    4. Feedback Welcome

We’re always open to suggestions about how to improve the community and these policies. Your input helps us grow responsibly and with care.
